With the following NASDAQ OMX Riga informs that it has received the supplemented announcement from AS „Olaines kūdra” shareholder and the mandatory and final takeover bid announcer SIA „Florabalt SIA”.
SIA „Florabalt SIA” informs that it is now owning 1 720 143 AS „Olaines kūdra” ordinary shares and will own 1 800 000 or 100% of AS „Olaines kūdra” ordinary shares after the completion of the final takeover bid.
