Construction contract (Tartu western bypass)

Nordecon AS and Estonian Road Administration signed a contract for the construction works of the 4th section of Tartu's western bypass.

Tallinn, Estonia, 2012-03-27 15:55 CEST -- Nordecon AS and Estonian Road Administration signed a contract for the construction works of the 4th section of Tartu’s western bypass. The works include the construction of 2+2 lane main highway of approximately 2,050 meters and ramps and secondary roads of approximately 5,900 meters. Viaducts for railway and motor traffic of 51 and 41 meters respectively will also be built. Construction of multiple networks (collection of rainfall etc.), roadside lighting and reconstruction of power lines are included in contractual works.

The contract value without the reserve of unexpected works is 14,679,763 euros, excluding VAT. The works begin in spring 2012 and depending on the contractual commencement date last for 21 months.
