Notice of Citycon's financial conference

Citycon Oyj will publish
its financial statement bulletin for the 2004 financial
year on Friday 18
February 2005 at 12:00 noon.

A conference for the press and analysts will be
held in Citycon's office,
Pohjoisesplanadi 35 AB, third floor, Helsinki on
Friday 18 February 2005 between
2:00pm and 3:00pm.

CEO Petri Olkinuora will
present Citycon's business activities, results for 2004
and performance for
company's future overlook.
