JSC "Valmieras stikla šķiedra" Investor Conference Webinar
On February 8, 2012 AS „Valmieras stikla šķiedra” organized its Online Conference Webinar for investors. During the webinar the Chairman of the Board Andris Oskars Brutāns, member of the Board and vice-president Andre Heinz Schwiontek and member of the Board and financial director of AS „Valmieras stikla šķiedra” Dainis Šēnbergs informed about the company’s development and its future perspectives.
The representatives of the company informed that in the year 2013 the net profit is planned to reach 5 million LVL, while in 2014 the forecasted net profit is 5.57 million LVL.
Among the new potential markets company’s representatives mentioned India and China, and in particular North America, in which in the next 2 years it is planned to double the market.
Concerning dividends company’s Board members indicated that up till now company has payed out a stable dividend amount reaching 30% from the net profit, but there is no dividend policy established and the decision.on the amount of dividends is determined annually by the shareholders meeting.
