Notification on material event

Regarding arbitration case

Alytus, Lithuania, 2011-11-29 15:05 CET -- Įmonių grupė “ALITA”, AB (the Company) informs that it has received from the Foreign Trade Court of Arbitration at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce documents of court of arbitration, which translated into Lithuanian language show that on 15 November 2011 the court of arbitration made partial award and decided to include the Company as co-respondent to the case which was started against AB „ALT investicijos“ and United Nordic Beverages AB (about which was announced in the Company’s notification on material event dated 9 December 2010). Pursuant to the partial award the court of arbitration also has recognized its jurisdiction in this arbitration case.

As was mentioned in the Company’s notification on material event dated 14 October 2011 the Company does not recognize the jurisdiction of the said court of arbitration.
