With the following NASDAQ OMX Riga informs that it has received the announcement from AS „Olaines kūdra” shareholder and the mandatory takeover bid announcer SIA „Florabalt SIA”:

After accomplishment of the mandatory takeover bid SIA „Florabalt SIA” will own 1 661 617 AS „Olaines kūdra” ordinary shares.
