Changes in the Board of the JSC “Liepājas autobusu parks”
The Council of the JSC “Liepājas autobusu parks” (LAP) appointed Māris Ārbergs to be the chairman of the board of LAP.
Education: higher education - “mechanical engineer”
Work experience:
From 1994 to 2002 – chairman of the Council of Libagu Civil Parish and the Council of Talsi district
From 2002 to 2006 – director of ”Jaunpagasts Plus” Ltd.
From 2006 to 2010 – deputy of the 9th Saeima of the Republic of Latvia.
The chairman of the board M.Ārbergs does not own LAP shares.
Previous chairman of the board Gundars Kristapsons decided to face new challenges in his professional career. LAP Council thanks G.Kristapsons for his shown ability to manage the company, his loyalty and contribution to development of LAP and wishes him to achieve expected aims.
