RESUMPTION OF TRADING IN AS „SAF TEHNIKA” SHARES
NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of November 10, 2011 to resume the trading in AS “SAF Tehnika” shares (SAF1R).
Continues trading with an open call auction will start at 13:30 (EET). Order management will be possible at 13:20 (EET), continuous trading will start at 13:30 (EET).
Trading in AS “SAF Tehnika” shares was suspended taking into account the application made by SAF Tehnika where the company asked NASDAQ OMX Riga to suspend trading in SAF Tehnika shares during the annual general meeting of shareholders on November 10 where it was planned to adopt material resolutions.
SAF Tehnika has submitted the resolutions of the annual general meeting of shareholders, therefore the company has eliminated all reasons, based on which trading was suspended.
