The Iceland Enterprise Investment Fund is offering for sale a 10% share in Icelandair Group

The Iceland Enterprise Investment Fund has mandated Íslandsbanki’s Securities Brokerage to manage the sale of a 10% share in Icelandair Group. The shares will be offered to professional investors through a process of book building. The minimum share price in the offer is ISK 5.42 per share, which is the share price at the end of trading on Friday November 4th. The deadline for submitting offers will expire at 18:00, Monday 7 November, 2011.
