Approval of the Plan of Performing the Unbundling of Activities and Control of Natural Gas Companies

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2011-11-02 14:59 CET -- On 1 November 2011, the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No 1239 of 28 October 2011 "On Approval of the Plan of Performing the Unbundling of Activities and Control of Natural Gas Companies that do not Conform to the Requirements of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Natural Gas" (Official Gazette, 29 October 2011, No 6170-6171) came into effect. The Plan that was approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania sets the key dates by which natural gas companies must perform main actions in order to conform to the requirements of Chapter Eight "Unbundling of Activities and Accounts" of the Law on Natural Gas.
