Regarding assignment of a claim

Siauliai, Lithuania, 2011-11-02 14:03 CET -- Olga Shabaeva notified us on 28-10-2011  by the letter No. R543 that pursuant to the claim assignment contract, conducted on 25-10-2011, concede the claim of whole debt to JSC "Laumzirgiai", reg. No. 302656084, and JSC "Laumzirgiai" on 28-10-2011 by the letter No. R544 confirmed  that overtook the claim assignement since 25-10-2011 of whole debt assigned by  Siauliai Regional Court‘s judgement of 10-02-2010 and Lithuanian Appelatte Court‘s judgement of 24-01-2011.
