Decrease of share capital registered in the Commercial RegisterTallinn, Estonia, 2011-10-11 11:36 CEST --
On October 11, 2011, the decrease of share capital of Silvano Fashion Group AS was registered in the Commercial Register based on the resolutions adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on June 30, 2011. The new registered share capital of the Company is 15 800 000 euros, which is divided into 39 500 000 ordinary shares with nominal value of 0.40 euros per share. A new version of the Articles of Association of the Company also entered into force.
The list of shareholders entitled to receive the payment related to reduction of the nominal value of shares was fixed at August 01, 2011 at 23:59.
