Postponement of the date of shares subscription

During the Council meeting on 13^th July 2011 AS Baltika Supervisory Council has decided to postpone the first day of the subscription period and the date of payment for the shares as number of underwriters of AS Baltika share issue has increased. The shareholder KJK Fund Sicav-SIF has underwritten 2,142,857 shares, the shareholder E.Miroglio S.A. has underwritten 2,157,142 shares and the shareholder East Capital Baltic Fund has underwritten 333,000 shares. The subscription of the shares presumably starts on 19^th July 2011, whereas the Management Board of the Financial Supervision Authority has put AS Baltika listing prospectus topic into agenda of the Board meeting to be taken place on 15^th July 2011. On the first day of the subscription period the Offering will be published in a newspaper “Eesti Päevaleht".
