TPD: Change in voting rights related to substantial shareholding

AS Trigon Property Development hereby informs that on the 16th of June 2011 it has received a notification from KJK Capital OY stating change in voting rights.
KJK Fund Sicav-SIF sold 73 936 AS Trigon Property Development shares. Previously the fund owned 277 286 shares constituting 6,16% of all votes determined by shares of AS Trigon Property Development. After disposal of shares the fund owns 203 350 AS-i Trigon Property Development shares controlling 4,52% of all votes determined with shares.
