ADDITION TO STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE: YIT ACQUIRES CAVERION, A CENTRAL
EUROPEAN   
COMPANY OFFERING TECHNICAL BUILDING SYSTEM SERVICES               
             

YIT Corporation has today June 23, 2010 at 9.45 published a
stock exchange      
release announcing that YIT Corporation has agreed with
the owners of Caverion  
GmbH that YIT will acquire the entire business of
Caverion.                     

YIT makes the following addition to the stock
exchange release: The operating   
profit of Caverion GmbH has been about 2
per cent of the revenue and the company
has a solid financial position.
