from Oy Etra Invest Ab concerning a change in its shareholding.


”Notification of a change of shareholding in accordance with section 9

Oy Etra Invest Ab's share in the
voting rights and share capital of Componenta
Corporation has decreased below
5 per cent due to transaction on 16 March 2010
where Oy Etra Invest Ab sold
all its Componenta Corporation shares. Before the
transaction Oy Etra Invest
Ab owned 4,347,464 Componenta Corporation shares
representing 24.90% of the
company's share capital and after the transaction
the shareholding is 0%.
