The Share Fund of the Republic of Serbia and the
Privatisation Agency of the
Republic of Serbia informed public company ALITA
that on 16 February 2010 the
decision to terminate the Privatisation Agreement
as of 24 July 2007 of the
company Akcionarsko društvo Beogradska industrija
piva, concluded between the
Share Fund of the Republic of Serbia and the
Privatisation Agency of the
Republic of Serbia, from one side, and public
company ALITA and United Nordic
Beverages AB, acting as a consortium of legal
entities, from the other side was
adopted.
