On 1 February, 2010, the Lithuanian Securities Commission in its
extraordinary
meeting approved Supplement No 2 to the prospectus for the
public offering and
the listing of the shares of Linas Agro Group AB.

The
prospectus for the public offering and the listing of the shares of Linas

Group AB has been approved on 7th January, 2010. 

Unaudited profit for the
six months period ended 31 December 2009 is announced
in the Supplement No 2
to the Prospectus of Linas Agro Group AB.
