CHANGE IN A HOLDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 2

In accordance with chapter 2 section 10 of the Securities

Act, we declare that Citycon Oyj has received a notification dated

11 November 2003, in accordance with chapter 2 section 9 of the 
Securities
Markets Act, in which Nordea Bank Finland Plc has 
declared the following:


Nordea Bank Finland Plc declares that its percentage holding of 
Citycon
Oyj's voting rights and share capital has fallen from 
approximately 42.6 per
cent to zero (0). Nordea Bank Finland Plc 
sold the Citycon shares in its
possession on 10 November 2003.

In accordance with chapter 2 section 9 of
the Securities Markets 
Act and decision (391/1999) of the Ministry of Finance
on the
