CITYCON'S FINANCIAL REPORTING
SCHEDULE 2004

Citycon Oyj will publish its financial statement bulletin for
the 
financial year 1 January – 31 December 2003 on 12 February 2004.

The
Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 15 March 2004.

Citycon will
publish three interim reports during the 2004 
financial year as
follows:

Q1 on 27 April 2004
Q2 on 11 August 2004
Q3 on 21 October
2004

The dividend will be paid on 25 March 2004.

The Annual Report for
2003 will be published in week 10.
