CRAMO GROUP HAS SIGNED AN AGREEMENT CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF THE ASSETS OF A 

FINNISH COMPANY OSKARIN VUOKRAKONE OY                                        
  

Cramo Finland Oy, a fully owned subsidiary of Cramo Plc, and Oskarin
Vuokrakone 
Oy have signed an agreement concerning the purchase of the assets
of the        
company. The assets purchased include the rental fleet and
related customer     
agreements.                                             
                       

Oskarin Vuokrakone began its activities in year
1981. The company has seven     
employees, who shall continue to work for
Cramo Finland Oy. The company has     
depots in Jämsä and Jyväskylä and a
dealer depot in Mänttä. The sales of the    
company were approximately 0.8
million euros in 2006.                           

The asset purchase will
enhance Cramo's market position in Central Finland.     

The parties to the
acquisition have decided not to publish the purchase price.
