Cramo Finland Oy, a fully owned subsidiary of Cramo Plc, and JM-Alltrans Oy
have
signed an agreement concerning the transfer of the assets of the company.
The
assets purchased include the rental fleet and the related customer
agreements.
JM-Alltrans began its activities in the year 1993 and is
mainly concentrating in
the rental of the compact construction machinery. The
company is domiciled in
one depot in Kirkkonummi, Finland. The company has
three employees, who shall
continue to work for Cramo Finland Oy.
This asset transfer will enhance Cramo's
market position in the compact
construction machinery rental market
and will strengthen its profitable growth.
The parties to the acquisition
have decided not to publish the purchase price.
