Cramo Sverige AB, the Swedish wholly-owned subsidiary of Cramo Plc, has
acquired
the entire share capital of Göby AB, a rental services company based
in
Sundsvall in the north of Sweden.
Göby is specialized in the rental of site huts, work platforms
and electricity
equipment. The acquisition is part of Cramo's growth
strategy to further expand
in these product areas and to strengthen its
market position in Sweden. Göby's
about 500 site huts are well-maintained
and the company has a wide customer
base. With a staff of 12, Göby
recorded sales of approximately 3,5 million euros
in 2006.
- Göby's site huts are
most welcome to Cramo Sweden's rental fleet, as there is
widely a shortage of
site huts in the Swedish market at the moment, says Magnus
Rosén, Senior Vice
President of Scandinavia at Cramo.
Göby's two
rental depots in Sundsvall will be fully integrated into Cramo's
operations under the Cramo brand.
