of the  shares and the
voting rights, as a result of share transaction on
January 12, 2007.

Conventum   Venture  Finance  Oy  holds  3,140,770  
shares  in   Done   Solutions
Corporation, which is 4.73 percent of the
company's  share capital and  votes. The
total number of Done Solutions
Corporation shares recorded in the  trade  register 
is 66,436,484.
